FLoC '99
has reserved a block of rooms in the University Student Hall at reduced conference rates.
To qualify for these rates, reservations must be made by May 28, 1999, sending the Student Housing Reservation Form and remittance
of payment (by mail, fax, e-mail or internet) directly to:FLoC'99

the University Student Hall will be available for FLoC'99 participants (NOT ONLY
for students).

It is located near the the big Agip petrol station at the beginning of via Brennero,
on the right, going from the city to North (Bolzano).
Please
note that all rooms are double rooms (twin beds), with private bathroom. Every two rooms
there is a common space, a kitchen, to be shared with the other guests. Room will be
shared with another participant.
Note
that rate is per person. If you want to be alone in a double-room you have to pay the
higher rate (see Student
Housing Reservation Form). You can book a
room for:
- one week:
from June 29 to July 5, 1999 (7 nights)
- one week:
from July 6 to 12, 1999 (7 nights)
- two
weeks: from June 29 to July 12, 1999 (14 nights).
You can
stay from 1 night to 7 nights (A and B) or from 1 to 14 nights (C), as you wish.
The
building has also public phone and laundry facilities.
NOTE:
Group A must leave the room before 9.00 h on July 6, and group B will receive the room
after 16.00 h on July 6 (during July 6, 1999, the room cleaning will be done).
Please
note that bus transportation from student housing to conference site is not included.
Only
written requests, via fax, mail, e-mail or internet, will be considered. Requests will be
processed following a first-in/first-out policy.
A
written confirmation will be sent back to you within a few days after receiving the
registration form properly filled out.
After
May 28, 1999, accommodations will be processed on a "space available" basis
only. |
