FLoC '99 has reserved hotel rooms in Trento and surroundings at reduced conference rates. To qualify for these rates, reservations must be made by May 28, 1999 sending the Hotel-Banquet-Excursion Reservation Form  (by mail, fax, e-mail or internet) directly to:

NOTE:
Hotel reservation must be made to Trentino Holidays. Credit Card is needed to guarantee the reservation. The accommodation will be paid directly to your Hotel.

Please note that a limited amount of single rooms is available.

Only written requests, via mail, fax, e-mail or internet, will be considered. Requests will be processed following a first-in/first-out policy.

A written confirmation will be sent back to you within a few days after receiving the registration form properly filled out.

After May 28, 1999, accommodations will be processed on a "space available" basis only. Rates may increase significantly.

Payment of Banquet and Excursion Fees

Hotel
Hotel reservation must be made to Trentino Holidays. Credit Card is needed to guarantee the reservation. The accommodation will be paid directly to your Hotel. Credit card details (number - expiry date - entitled person name as it appears in the card) must be clearly written in the registration form (in case of last minute cancellation or no show, one night will be charged).
VISA and MasterCard are accepted. Sorry no American express or Diners

Banquets and Excursions Fees
Fees should be made payable to Trentino Holidays and must be in EURO currency. Payments can be made, without charges for the beneficiary, via credit-card only. VISA and MasterCard are accepted. Sorry no American express or Diners.

Pre-booking and pre-payments are requested using the Hotel-Banquet-Excursion form.

Cancellation and Refunds

Request for refunds will be honored only until June 10, 1999 and will be subject to an unrefundable processing fee of 30 EUROS.
 


Disclaimer

In offering the services provided by the tour operator (Trentino Holidays) and by all the other service providers (hereinafter referred to as "Suppliers"), FLOC'99 acts only in the capacity of agent for the Supplier. Because FLOC'99 has no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of providers of accommodations or other services included as part of the conference program, FLOC'99 has no responsibility for and will not be liable for any personal delay, inconvenience or other damage suffered by the conference participants which may arise by reason of
  1. any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any Supplier or its employees,
  2. any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment or instrumentality owned, operated or otherwise used by any Supplier, or
  3. any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the control, direct or otherwise, of FLOC'99.
